Crayon Partners is a Paris-based real estate investment and asset management firm running value-add strategies across Europe. It targets residential rent-to-own models, mixed-use asset repositioning, and energy transition and affordability projects in London, the Paris region and other European capitals, and uses OpCo-PropCo structures that combine real estate private equity with venture capital techniques.
