Investment thesis
MCH Private Equity is a Madrid manager founded in 1998 that invests in middle market buyouts and growth capital. It backs companies in innovation and technology, food and agro-industry, and health, wellness and lifestyle, investing in Spain, Portugal and selected European markets. Across its fund families it holds roughly twenty portfolio companies, and it supports value creation through internationalisation and both organic and acquisitive growth.
