Applications close on 30 September 2026, two weeks before the summit itself, which runs on 14 and 15 October 2026 in Krakow. Five winners are announced on the second day.
Entry is through the conference's Call for Startups rather than a separate competition form. Selected founders pitch to a room of more than a hundred investors.
There is no cash prize and no stake is taken. The whole of the return is the audience, which makes it worth entering for a team that is actively raising and can use the introductions, and worth skipping for one that is not.
What it actually costs you
Wolves Summit stages its Great Pitch Competition in Krakow, with entry running through the conference Call for Startups. Selected founders pitch in front of an audience of more than a hundred investors, and the return is that exposure rather than a cash prize. No equity is taken for taking part, and the competition sits inside the wider summit programme.
