Investment thesis
Apax Digital is the technology growth and buyout strategy of Apax Partners, investing in SaaS, data and analytics, tech-enabled services and digital marketplaces. It invests globally from offices across the Americas, Europe and Asia, committing roughly USD 100m to USD 300m per partnership. It targets minority investments in companies growing revenue above 25 percent and growth buyouts above 15 percent, and works with management on cloud infrastructure, pricing, sales and merger integration.
