Investment thesis
Mätch VC is a Stuttgart-based fund investing at pre-seed and seed in highly technical teams building for B2B markets. It backs deep tech, academic spinouts and complex hardware or software engineering across Europe, often before incorporation, using convertible loans or leading and co-leading priced rounds. The firm connects portfolio companies to a network of around ninety German industrial family businesses, and does not invest in biotech, pharma, consumer or food.
