Investment thesis
Raison is a licensed investment platform founded in 2015 that gives clients access to private markets alongside listed assets. It offers allocations into pre-IPO and private equity deals and into venture rounds from pre-seed through Series C, across technology and AI, biotech and deep tech, semiconductors, advanced computing and energy. The platform co-invests in the deals it presents and reports more than USD 400m in client assets.
