Rubio Impact Ventures provides early-stage growth capital to companies where profit and purpose reinforce each other, organised around two themes: People Power, covering wellbeing, education and inclusion, and Planet Paradise, covering net zero transitions in energy, industry and agrifood. The Amsterdam firm manages €250 million and links all of its performance fees to externally validated, quantifiable impact targets.
