Specialist VC is a Tallinn fund investing from pre-seed to Series A, plus secondaries in later rounds, across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Ukraine and Belarus. It backs B2B and SaaS, fintech, platforms, software-enabled hardware and deep tech, typically starting at 250,000 euros and going up to 3 million. Successor to United Angels, it has backed more than 80 companies and stays with founders when things get difficult.
