The Conduit Impact Fund is a London EIS fund investing from pre-seed to Series A in businesses with social or environmental impact at the core of their model. It groups its work into sustainable industry, integrated health and financial resilience, covering smart mobility, the built environment, sustainable fashion, biotech, decarbonisation and AI. Companies pass an impact screen aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and the fund closes quarterly with a minimum annual size of 2.5 million pounds.
