Investment thesis
Twenty Two Ventures invests at the earliest stage, often before a company has publicly launched, in SaaS, fintech, open source, marketplaces and developer tools. It writes smaller checks than most funds, which allows it to move and decide quickly, and it looks for founders it describes as magnetic, tenacious and adaptable. The firm aims to be in place earlier than other investors on a company's cap table.
