Investment thesis
Vireo Ventures is a Berlin-based pre-seed and seed investor in the energy technology stack, covering electrification, renewables, grid and physical infrastructure, hardware and semiconductors, EV charging, energy services and AI applied to energy. It writes initial cheques of €1M to €2M and invests across more than ten European countries, with a team drawn from people who built and scaled European energy companies.
