Investment thesis
Zencap Asset Management is a Paris-based private debt manager financing the real economy across Europe. Its teams have been active in European private debt since 2009 and run strategies covering mid-market corporate debt, real estate debt, infrastructure debt, specialised financing and securitisation, multi-debt private mandates and impact financing. Funds are long-term and locked, targeting annual performance of roughly 2% to 10% depending on the strategy, with volatility below listed debt.
