The Indie Zone is the independent developer showcase at Digital Dragons, the games industry conference at the ICE Krakow Congress Centre.
It is aimed at independent game developers showing a creative project to the international games industry. Studios buy a booth first and are then sent the application form for the Arena and the Indie Dragons Awards.
A EUR 749 place buys a fully equipped branded booth with desk, chair, computer, monitor and peripherals, internet and power, one Regular Pass and one Business Pass. It also brings eligibility to pitch at the Digital Dragons Arena (five minutes plus two minutes of Q&A, up to six projects selected) and to enter the Indie Dragons Awards, where winners take statuettes and sponsor-funded prizes. No equity is taken. Applications for the 2026 Indie Zone closed on 12 April 2026; Digital Dragons runs again on 23-25 May 2027 and the call for that edition is not yet published.
