INTACT turns pulses into plant proteins for food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals using a dry extraction process, and makes a neutral alcohol from the co-products. Its industrial site is in Baule, in the Loiret.
Alexis Duval and Fanny de Curières de Castelnau co-founded the company in March 2022, according to Réussir. INTACT has raised €125 million since its founding in equity, grants and loans, including €70 million in March 2025, according to Banque des Territoires. At SIAL Paris 2026 it won the Greener Planet prize of SIAL For Change for proteins with up to 90 percent less carbon.
