ZEEN Tech is a Swiss food technology company that builds processing machines using water in place of oil. Its patented process fries, dries, roasts and sterilizes food, so crisps, popcorn, dried fruit, dried vegetables and herbs come out crisp with no added fat. The machines are designed and manufactured in Switzerland and sold to food manufacturers, restaurants and caterers.
The company was registered in June 2025 as ZEEN Tech AG in the canton of Schwyz, with offices in Immensee. At SIAL Paris 2026 it won the Grand Prix Or of SIAL Innovation, the first winner from the Equipment and technologies category in the competition’s 30 years.
