Investment thesis

XAnge is a European venture capital firm with about 700 million euros under management, investing from seed to Series B out of hubs in Paris, Berlin and Brussels. It has backed more than 200 companies, seen over 120 exits and counts five unicorns in its portfolio. Its stated emphasis is on anticipating shifts such as deglobalisation, climate change and digital sovereignty, and helping founders sharpen equity stories and scale.

It invests from seed to Series B across data, trust, care and impact themes, with seed cheques typically under €1M and Series A cheques of roughly €3M to €10M. Its fourth flagship fund, XAnge 4, closed at €220M in 2022; Siparex reports around €800M in AUM across the platform, including the €100M Mutuelles Impact vehicle.
