Physical AI Growth Lab 2027

Physical AI Growth Lab is a joint programme from UnternehmerTUM Accelerator, Microsoft, NVIDIA and Infineon for physical AI, robotics and industrial AI startups building for EMEA markets. The hybrid programme runs January-April 2027 with a Munich kick-off (18-20 Jan), a Physical Showcase & Customer Matchmaking day (24 Feb) and a Demo Day in front of 150-200 deep-tech investors and enterprise leaders (15 Apr). It is equity-free: founders keep 100% of their equity. Startups get up to €350K in Microsoft Azure credits, NVIDIA Inception credits and hardware discounts, Azure AI and physical-AI reference-architecture workshops, access to 170+ deep-tech mentors and Microsoft/NVIDIA/Infineon experts, enterprise introductions, connections to 200+ investors and NVIDIA's VC Alliance, plus post-programme perks (Microsoft's 2027 hackathon, a recruiting partner list, a pitch slot at Infineon's Startup Night).
