Investment thesis

Keiretsu Forum Spain is the Spanish arm of an international business angel network with 53 chapters across 27 countries in the United States, Europe, China and Japan. It gives founders and private investors a shared platform: startups pitch for capital, members run joint due diligence and co-invest. The wider network counts more than 2,000 members and reports over 200 million dollars invested in startups to date.

Keiretsu Forum Spain is the Spanish arm of the international Keiretsu Forum angel investor network, which reports 53 offices in 27 countries and more than 2,000 members globally. In Spain it operates five regional chapters – Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Euskadi and Andalucia – and runs roughly 18 investment forums a year, each attended by more than 100 investors including business angels, family offices and private venture investors. Investment tickets typically range from EUR 20,000 to EUR 500,000 and rounds presented are usually up to about EUR 700k. In May 2025 alone its investors closed three rounds worth EUR 2.5M in InAm, Montchis and Niche.
