Investment thesis
SistaFund is a Paris fund investing from pre-seed to Series A in companies led by women founders and gender-balanced teams, mainly in France and the wider European market with selected investments in the United States. Its management company was approved in July 2024. The partners come from operating backgrounds and work hands-on with founders, treating gender-balanced leadership as a driver of performance rather than a constraint.
