Eurostars Call 11 funds international collaborative R&D and innovation projects led by innovative SMEs from EUREKA member countries. Eligible consortia need at least two independent entities from two participating countries, with SME costs covering 50 percent or more of the budget. National agencies fund 30-100 percent of costs depending on country and organization type, for projects up to 36 months. Applications opened 9 July 2026 and closed 10 September 2026.
