Investment thesis
Eoniq is a Spanish pre-seed and seed fund based in Madrid with offices in Valencia and Sevilla, raising a second Mediterranean fund targeting 30 to 50 million euros. It invests across the whole of Spain rather than only Madrid and Barcelona, in AI, SaaS, health, climate, education, travel, industrial, fintech and commerce. It says it backs problems worth solving rather than sectors, and treats revenue as the signal of genuine demand.
