ReForm Composites takes continuous-fiber thermoplastic composites out of aerospace and into concrete infrastructure. Its PolyDowel is a drop-in replacement for steel plate dowels at about 20 percent of the weight. Founded in 2024 in the United States by Cody Sheltra (CEO), Samuel Heathcote (COO), Dr Philip Bean (CTO) and Jacob Clark. The JEC record carries the legal name ReForm Composites Engineering, LLC; the company trades as ReForm Composites, Inc.
