It provides on-demand GPU compute for AI workloads, managing the stack from its own data centres in Finland and Iceland, run on renewable energy, up through its cloud platform and inference services. The company rebranded from DataCrunch to Verda in November 2025 and reached a valuation above $1 billion with its September 2026 Series B, becoming one of Europe’s newest unicorns. It reports a $165 million annualised revenue run rate as of July 2026 and a team of around 250 people, with offices in Helsinki, London and San Francisco.
